The project is to redevelop and bring new life to this impressive site to be a high-quality mixed-use destination by building upon its assets and opportunities and retaining the heritage buildings included within it. Both Millennium Mills and Silo D will be restored to have new functions that will benefit the wider community. Accessibility across the site and connections between the site and surrounding neighbourhoods is also aimed to be a huge target for the regeneration project.
