  • Refurbishment of Millennium Mills into a mixed use building

  • Begin to landscape design the waterfront to activate it

  • Restoration of Silo D

  • Develop residential units on the east side of the site 

  • Develop mixed use, relatively high density buildings with shops or restaurants on the bottom and residential on top to activate the waterfront of the eastern side of the site

  • Construct a bridge over the opening into Pontoon Dock to connect the west and east side of the site and continue the waterfront

  • Promote on land meanwhile enterprises, such as paintballing, markets, and events, which will in turn, declutter the site land ready for development

  • Promote meanwhile water uses, such as boat hires on Pontoon Dock, to kickstart attracting people to the site 

  • Construct another, more easily accessible (from ground level) bridge across from the site to the Excel centre

  • Construction of pedestrian and cycle pathway leading from the newly constructed bridge to the Thames Barrier park; which will be a strategic connection

  • Begin improvement of the green spaces and parks 

  • Expansion and development of the amphitheatre 

  • Develop the old dock cranes into an exhibition
