Plans and Policies

The most important Stakeholders to this project are:

  • The GLA (Greater London Authority) - owns many parts of the docks

  • LBN (London Bourgh of Newham Council - The local council with the local plan for the site

  • Lendlease and Starwood - Private Developers with predominant ownership of the site

  • Royal Docks Team - Joint initiative form the Mayor of London and Newham established in 2017 

  • The Peach Plan for Custom House - Community plan built upon the People's Plan in 1984 from the perspective of the neighbourhoods north of the site

  • Historic England - Ensure the conservation of Grade II listed Silo D building
